Return Policy:
Engravings by CJ has an All sales are FINAL policy. We do not offer exchanges, returns, replacements of any kind on any items that are customized in any way, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Q: Why no returns or exchanges?
A: Due to everything being customized, it can not be used by another individual, or resold.
Q: What happens if my package arrives broken?
A: Engravings by CJ is no longer responsible for the package once the postal carrier takes possession. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the postal service.
Q: Do you customize invitations to match my theme?
A: Yes, we can create a design that will match your theme for no extra cost to you!
